Small neighborhood of Kiryat Eliezer Kiryat Sprinzak, where Jews and Arabs live. Place formerly called the "Wadi Jamal." On the beach in the neighborhood is the National Institute of Oceanography, Institute of Oceanographic and Limnological Research. This is the approximate place where the town took place in ancient times Shikmona.
