Ramat Eschol
Ramat Eshkol - This neighborhood was established in the '80s through the west of the mansion along with Freud down to the beach. Planning would be a solution to shortage of residential areas for the middle class - those high flooding in the ridge, and for its establishment has been a British airport runway from World War II and "shaved" Dome of the forested mountain. Ramat Eshkol building duplexes and construction is mostly low.
